What SuperApp is, and who stands behind it

A white-label multi-vertical marketplace platform, built and operated by Devkart Technologies LLP. The facts, without the pitch.

SuperApp lets an operator run food delivery, retail and supermarket ordering as one branded marketplace, on one platform, instead of stitching together a separate system per vertical.

That is the whole design decision. A marketplace that adds a second vertical on separate infrastructure ends up with two merchant onboarding flows, two dispatch systems, two apps to install and two sets of numbers that never quite reconcile. Here the verticals are modules on shared customer, merchant, dispatch and reporting layers — so the second one is a configuration, not a rebuild.

Pricing follows the same logic. Plans include a monthly order volume and charge a fixed rate per order beyond it — never a percentage of what a merchant charged, which is the fee structure operators are usually trying to escape when they replatform.

The platform is built and run by Devkart Technologies LLP , a software studio that has carried that name since 2019 and also builds Supaorder, a white-label restaurant ordering platform. The same engineering team writes the code, runs the infrastructure and answers the support mail.

Boundaries

And what SuperApp is not

Three things it is regularly mistaken for. Knowing which one you need saves everybody a demo.

Not a commission model

A plan buys a volume of orders. Beyond it you pay a fixed rate per order, not a share of what the merchant charged — so a higher basket does not cost you more.

Not our marketplace

The apps carry your brand, your merchants and your customers. We supply the platform underneath and never operate a competing consumer marketplace on top of it.

Not self-serve

Launching a marketplace involves merchants, payments, dispatch and a catalogue. It starts with a demo and a scoping conversation, not a credit-card form.
