- Functional — the chat widget. It sets cookies so a conversation survives a page change. Chat is a support channel, so these load without a separate prompt; you can block them in your browser without affecting the rest of the site.
- Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement and form attribution. Off until you allow it.

Changing your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Withdrawing analytics consent is as easy as granting it: we clear those cookies immediately and reload the page, because a script already running cannot be unloaded.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary ones means the banner will ask you again on every visit, because the answer has nowhere to live.
