What is included
Every plan includes the branded customer app and web platform, order management, dispatch, API access and the in-store suite: POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet. Higher plans add support and operational capabilities; partner-app and operator-dashboard branding is optional.
Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Austria
EPS confirmation and merchant receipt obligations
Plan an Austrian marketplace with a USD platform budget and EUR customer checkout modelled separately. Choose the plan on pooled monthly orders, then confirm EPS and card settlement before merchant onboarding.
EPS on the marketplace checkout
Stripe documents EPS as a redirect bank payment for Austrian customers. Confirm it is on the implemented checkout, make acceptance wait for confirmation and test the abandoned case.
EUR orders, USD subscription
Customer order currency and the platform bill are separate. EUR orders do not change the published USD plans; budget conversion on the platform invoice separately.
Merchants’ cash-register obligations
Austrian receipt and cash-register obligations sit with each merchant and are set by law. Bring their Steuerberater’s requirements to configuration review; a subscription does not determine them.
Payment availability reference: Stripe EPS. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

A marketplace launch checklist for Austria
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Austria pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — EPS, Registrierkasse link — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (German) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (Email and SMS) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Lieferando, Wolt and foodora with your own channel’s zero commission.
