Every plan includes the branded customer app and web platform, order management, dispatch, API access and the in-store suite: POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet. Higher plans add support and operational capabilities; partner-app and operator-dashboard branding is optional.
Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Indonesia
Settle IDR orders with a processor that can operate in Indonesia
Plan an Indonesian marketplace with a USD platform budget and IDR customer payments modelled separately. Choose the plan on pooled monthly orders, then confirm which processor can settle IDR orders to your merchants.
Registration country and IDR settlement
Stripe’s global page lists where a business can register and which currencies it can charge in. Confirm your platform’s registration country and IDR settlement path before recruiting merchants; a locally licensed processor may be required for local methods.
QRIS and e-wallets are scoped work
QRIS and Indonesian e-wallets are not in the published integration list. List the methods merchants need and scope them separately from the USD plan.
Cash, drivers and reconciliation
Cash on delivery is common; test driver cash collection, reconciliation and a failed payment in the demo alongside a merchant catalogue and one service area.

A marketplace launch checklist for Indonesia
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Indonesia pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — QRIS, GoPay / OVO / DANA, Midtrans / Xendit, Gojek / Grab instant delivery — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (Bahasa Indonesia) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Gojek / Grab instant delivery, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against GoFood, GrabFood and ShopeeFood with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Indonesia
How much does SuperApp cost in Indonesia?
SuperApp pricing for Indonesia starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Does SuperApp publish an IDR price?
No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in IDR through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Indonesia?
Live today: Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: QRIS, GoPay / OVO / DANA, Midtrans / Xendit. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should an Indonesian marketplace confirm before launch?
The processor and registration country, the IDR settlement path to merchants, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, refunds and which local methods need scoped work. Budget the USD platform invoice separately.
