Every plan includes the branded customer app and web platform, order management, dispatch, API access and the in-store suite: POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet. Higher plans add support and operational capabilities; partner-app and operator-dashboard branding is optional.
Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Canada
Keep CAD trading and USD software costs distinct
Plan a Canadian marketplace without mistaking USD platform fees for Canadian-dollar prices. Your customer checkout and merchant settlements need their own currency decisions; SuperApp’s order allowances and overage remain on the published USD schedule.
Two currency decisions
Specify CAD checkout and the required settlement currency in the deployment review. The platform subscription is billed in USD, so include your bank’s conversion charges in the operating budget rather than treating USD and CAD as interchangeable.
Payment and counter validation
Confirm the processor’s merchant-country eligibility, settlement flow and supported terminal methods. If your merchants require Interac at the counter, verify the exact integration and device instead of assuming every card reader supports it.
Province and language rollout
List the provinces and storefront languages in your launch scope. Bring English and French catalogue examples where needed, plus receipt and tax requirements, and review the actual configured experience with your advisers.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for Canada
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Canada pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Finix, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Interac e-Transfer / Interac Debit — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (English and French) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (SMS and email) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — DoorDash Drive, Uber Direct, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats and DoorDash with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Canada
How much does SuperApp cost in Canada?
SuperApp pricing for Canada starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Are the dollar amounts on this Canada page Canadian dollars?
No. Every published SuperApp platform amount on this page is USD, including the plan, order overage, setup and optional Branded Ops add-on. CAD customer payments are a separate deployment decision.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Canada?
Live today: Stripe, Finix, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Interac e-Transfer / Interac Debit. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should Canadian marketplace merchants test on their counter devices?
Test Interac sales and the required in-person refund path on the actual reader if that method is in scope. Also separate CAD customer settlements from SuperApp’s USD software invoices and confirm who supports the merchant’s device.
