Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Nigeria
Choose a processor that settles in naira before recruiting merchants
Budget a Nigerian marketplace in USD, with NGN customer payments and merchant settlement designed separately. Pool monthly orders across merchants to choose the plan, then confirm a processor that can settle to Nigerian bank accounts.
NGN settlement and local methods
Paystack documents Nigerian card, bank-transfer and USSD methods settling to a Nigerian bank account, but it is not in SuperApp’s published integration list. Scope any local processor separately from the USD plan.
Cash, transfers and reconciliation
Bank transfer and cash on delivery are common. Test driver cash collection, a transfer-confirmed order and a failed payment in the demo before merchant onboarding.
One city, real addresses
Start with one service area, landmark-based addresses, a merchant catalogue and driver reconciliation, and confirm messaging costs for order updates.
Payment availability reference: Paystack documentation. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

The payment methods, couriers, messaging and POS that fit how customers in Nigeria actually order. Live means it is on the published integrations list today. On request means we build it for you: name it at the demo and your quote confirms the scope and timeline before launch. The in-store suite — POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet — is included and needs none of them.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for Nigeria
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Nigeria pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Paystack, Flutterwave, Kwik / Glovo courier — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (English) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Kwik / Glovo courier, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Chowdeck and Glovo with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Nigeria
How much does SuperApp cost in Nigeria?
SuperApp pricing for Nigeria starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Is there an NGN plan for SuperApp?
No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in NGN through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Nigeria?
Live today: Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Paystack, Flutterwave. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should a Nigerian marketplace confirm before launch?
The processor and NGN settlement path, the methods enabled on the implemented checkout, cash and transfer reconciliation, refunds and driver settlement. Budget the USD platform invoice separately.
