Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Sri Lanka
Cards, LankaQR and cash; settle in rupees locally
Plan a Sri Lankan marketplace with a USD platform budget and LKR customer payments through a local gateway. Pool monthly orders across merchants to choose the plan.
Local gateway and LankaQR
A Sri Lanka-licensed gateway such as PayHere covers cards, bank transfer and LankaQR. Scope it separately; the USD subscription does not include a processing agreement.
Registration country
Confirm on Stripe’s global page whether your entity can hold a Stripe account; a Sri Lankan platform usually settles LKR through a local gateway.
Colombo pilot
Start with one service area, a merchant catalogue, rider cash reconciliation and a failed-payment case before adding cities.
Payment availability reference: Stripe supported countries. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for Sri Lanka
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Sri Lanka pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — PayHere, LankaQR, PickMe courier — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (Sinhala, Tamil and English) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp and SMS) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — PickMe courier, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against PickMe Food and Uber Eats with your own channel’s zero commission.

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Does SuperApp bill Sri Lankan marketplaces in LKR?
No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in LKR through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Sri Lanka?
Live today: Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: PayHere, LankaQR. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
