Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Planning your launch in France

Co-badged cards and merchant settlement in France

Budget a French delivery or multi-vertical marketplace in USD, with EUR customer checkout and merchant settlement designed separately. Size the plan on pooled monthly orders, not per merchant.

Cartes Bancaires on the marketplace checkout

Most French cards are co-badged CB. Stripe documents CB processing and the network-choice rules for co-badged cards; confirm the implemented checkout handles them and that refunds return to the same card.

Meal vouchers are outside the published integrations

Titres-restaurant cards are not covered by the published integration list. If merchants need them, scope that work separately from the USD plan.

One city, real addresses, real receipts

Start the demo with one arrondissement or town, merchant catalogues and driver reconciliation. Bring merchants’ VAT receipt requirements to configuration review.

The stack we recommend

Best-fit integrations for a marketplace in France

The payment methods, couriers, messaging and POS that fit how customers in France actually order. Live means it is on the published integrations list today. On request means we build it for you: name it at the demo and your quote confirms the scope and timeline before launch. The in-store suite — POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet — is included and needs none of them.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for France

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in France pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Titres-restaurant (Edenred, Swile, Up), Stuart — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (French) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (SMS and email) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Stuart, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Uber Eats and Deliveroo with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for France

How much does SuperApp cost in France?

SuperApp pricing for France starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

Is SuperApp billed in EUR for a French marketplace?

No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in EUR through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in France?

Live today: Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Titres-restaurant (Edenred, Swile, Up). On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

What should a French marketplace validate before launch?

A Cartes Bancaires order end to end, a refund, merchant payout timing, driver reconciliation and one merchant’s VAT receipt. Scope meal-voucher acceptance separately if merchants need it.
