Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in the United Kingdom
Model a GBP marketplace with a USD platform budget
Plan a UK marketplace with a clear distinction between pound-denominated customer orders and a USD platform subscription. The same published order allowances and overage rates apply; there is no separate GBP software price list.
Currency and budget exposure
Keep your GBP marketplace revenue forecast separate from the USD software bill. Your bank or payment provider determines conversion costs; these pages do not present a temporary exchange-rate estimate as a fixed GBP offer.
Checkout and merchant payouts
Review the proposed Stripe Connect flow, merchant eligibility and payment authentication in your demo. Confirm how refunds and transfers affect each party before making commitments to merchants.
Collection, dispatch and VAT requirements
Bring postcode-based delivery boundaries, collection workflows and VAT receipt requirements. Test food and retail catalogues separately when your marketplace spans both, and have your advisers review the configured tax treatment.
Payment availability reference: Stripe payment authentication. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for the United Kingdom
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in the United Kingdom pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Open banking (pay by bank), Stuart — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (English) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (SMS and email) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Stuart, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for the United Kingdom
How much does SuperApp cost in the United Kingdom?
SuperApp pricing for the United Kingdom starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Can I budget SuperApp as a fixed monthly GBP amount?
The published platform prices are in USD. A GBP equivalent can change with exchange rates and bank fees, so use the USD plan and overage figures for the contract and maintain a separate currency allowance in your own budget.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in the United Kingdom?
Live today: Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Open banking (pay by bank). On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should a UK marketplace test beyond GBP checkout?
Trace a challenged payment through order confirmation, merchant acceptance and dispatch. Also agree how refunds and merchant transfers work; customer payment authentication and the USD software subscription are separate parts of the launch.
