What is included
Every plan includes the branded customer app and web platform, order management, dispatch, API access and the in-store suite: POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet. Higher plans add support and operational capabilities; partner-app and operator-dashboard branding is optional.
Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in the Netherlands
iDEAL confirmation drives when a merchant sees an order
Plan a Dutch marketplace with a USD platform budget and iDEAL-first EUR checkout modelled separately. Pool orders across merchants to choose the plan, then confirm settlement before recruiting merchants.
iDEAL and asynchronous confirmation
iDEAL is not a listed platform integration. Stripe documents it as a redirect bank payment confirmed after the customer returns; if it is scoped, make merchant acceptance wait for confirmation and test the abandoned-redirect case so an unpaid order is never dispatched.
EUR orders, USD subscription
Customer checkout currency and the platform bill are separate. EUR orders do not change the published USD plans; budget conversion on the platform invoice separately.
Postcodes, merchants and receipts
Start with one city and real postcode-plus-house-number addresses, a merchant catalogue and driver reconciliation. Bring merchants’ BTW receipt requirements to configuration review.
Payment availability reference: Stripe iDEAL. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.
The stack we recommend
Best-fit integrations for a marketplace in the Netherlands
The payment methods, couriers, messaging and POS that fit how customers in the Netherlands actually order. Live means it is on the published integrations list today. On request means we build it for you: name it at the demo and your quote confirms the scope and timeline before launch. The in-store suite — POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet — is included and needs none of them.

Payments
- Live Stripe — Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay with 3DS on your own account.
- Live Stripe Terminal — Card-present readers on the kiosk and register.
- On request iDEAL — The Dutch default; an order flow without it loses customers.
- Live Cash, card on delivery, card terminal — Live everywhere; test these first, no processor eligibility involved.
Delivery and dispatch
- Live Uber Direct — On-demand couriers with live quotes.
- Live Shipday — Driver app and dispatch for your own drivers.
- Live Google Maps — Addresses, delivery zones and live driver tracking.
Messaging
- Live Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp order updates; WhatsApp is the channel customers here read.
- Live SendGrid — Email receipts and campaigns, or your own SMTP.
- Live OneSignal — Push notifications in the branded apps.

A marketplace launch checklist for the Netherlands
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in the Netherlands pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — iDEAL — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (Dutch and English) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (Email and WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for the Netherlands
How much does SuperApp cost in the Netherlands?
SuperApp pricing for the Netherlands starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Does a Dutch marketplace pay SuperApp in EUR?
No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in EUR through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in the Netherlands?
Live today: Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: iDEAL. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should a Dutch marketplace test for iDEAL?
Only after iDEAL has been scoped as integration work: a completed payment reaching merchant acceptance and dispatch, an abandoned redirect that never dispatches, and a refund. Do not advertise it before then.
