Every plan includes the branded customer app and web platform, order management, dispatch, API access and the in-store suite: POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet. Higher plans add support and operational capabilities; partner-app and operator-dashboard branding is optional.
Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in the United States
Build the budget around marketplace volume and settlement
Budget a US marketplace in the same currency as the published SuperApp plans. Orders are pooled at marketplace level, so compare total monthly order volume across your merchants before choosing a plan.
Merchant payment onboarding
Review the Stripe or Finix integration against your merchant onboarding and settlement model. Confirm underwriting, payment fees and payout responsibilities; a software plan does not include a payment-processing agreement.
A city pilot before a wider rollout
Use the demo to trace an order from customer checkout to merchant acceptance, dispatch and driver completion. Include the refund and cash-handling paths before applying the same workflow to additional cities.
Tax and cost ownership
Identify who is responsible for customer taxes, merchant commissions, tips and delivery charges. Bring those requirements to configuration review and budget processor, messaging and delivery-provider costs separately.
Payment availability reference: Stripe Connect charge types. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for the United States
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in the United States pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Finix, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Confirm at the demo that no on-request integration is missing for your customers.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (English, with Spanish in many metros) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (SMS) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — DoorDash Drive, Uber Direct, Nash, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for the United States
How much does SuperApp cost in the United States?
SuperApp pricing for the United States starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Is SuperApp’s order overage a percentage of US marketplace sales?
No. Each plan includes a number of monthly orders, then charges a fixed USD amount per additional order. Your marketplace take rate is separate, and payment processor and delivery-service charges are not included in the platform subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in the United States?
Live today: Stripe, Finix, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: ask about any other local method. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
Who handles refunds and disputes on a US marketplace?
That depends on the agreed payment integration and account configuration. Define the payment recipient, refund funding and dispute responsibilities before onboarding merchants; the SuperApp subscription alone does not determine them.
