Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Planning your launch in the Philippines

Confirm wallets and cash collection before the pilot

Build the budget for a marketplace in the Philippines using the published USD order plans. Customer payments in PHP and merchant settlements are separate decisions. Review the local requirements below alongside dispatch, merchant onboarding and the monthly order forecast.

Wallet and processor readiness

If GCash or Maya is required, verify a supported merchant account and an implemented integration. Do not assume those wallets follow from PHP pricing or from a generic card-payment feature.

Cash collection and driver handoff

Use a pilot order to test cash-on-delivery collection, driver reconciliation and cancellation. Specify who holds the cash and how the merchant receives its settlement before scaling the workflow.

Address and receipt scope

Test barangay, landmark and building details in the service areas you plan to cover. Bring the receipt and invoicing requirements your advisers identify and confirm any extra integration work. For a marketplace, also confirm who owns each receipt, refund and merchant payout; the SuperApp subscription remains billed in USD.

The stack we recommend

Best-fit integrations for a marketplace in the Philippines

The payment methods, couriers, messaging and POS that fit how customers in the Philippines actually order. Live means it is on the published integrations list today. On request means we build it for you: name it at the demo and your quote confirms the scope and timeline before launch. The in-store suite — POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet — is included and needs none of them.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for the Philippines

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in the Philippines pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — GCash, Maya, PayMongo / Xendit, Lalamove / Grab Express — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (English and Filipino) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (SMS and Messenger) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Lalamove / Grab Express, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against GrabFood and foodpanda with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for the Philippines

How much does SuperApp cost in the Philippines?

SuperApp pricing for the Philippines starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

How should a marketplace in the Philippines budget its local payment setup?

Use the published USD subscription and overage rates for the software budget. Then confirm PHP checkout, merchant settlement and each required payment method in the deployment scope. Processor fees and any additional integration work are separate; local currency does not guarantee a payment method is implemented.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in the Philippines?

Live today: Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: GCash, Maya, PayMongo / Xendit. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

What should a Philippines marketplace verify for wallet payments?

Confirm the implemented wallet provider and merchant-settlement design. Test the customer redirect, confirmed and abandoned payments, refunds and merchant payout reconciliation. A PHP checkout requirement is separate from the USD platform subscription.
