Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Planning your launch in India

Resolve merchant settlement before planning the rollout

Plan an Indian delivery or multi-vertical marketplace with a USD software budget and a separate plan for local customer payments. Choose your subscription by marketplace order volume, then confirm the payment and merchant-settlement design before committing to a launch date.

India payment availability

Stripe is invite-only in India, and its India marketplace documentation lists restrictions on Connect money flows. Validate the proposed charge and payout flow for your business with the processor and our team before signing a launch plan.

INR checkout versus USD subscription

Customer order currency and the SuperApp subscription are separate. If your marketplace takes INR orders, your platform bill still uses the published USD plans. Budget any bank conversion costs separately; no fixed INR platform rate is published.

City operations and merchant onboarding

Start the demo with one service area, merchant payout requirements, a grocery or food catalogue, and your GST receipt needs. Specify cash collection, refunds and driver reconciliation so the operating model is tested alongside checkout.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for India

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in India pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — UPI, Razorpay, PhonePe / Paytm, Porter / Borzo — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (English and Hindi, plus the regional language of each city) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Porter / Borzo, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Zomato and Swiggy with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for India

How much does SuperApp cost in India?

SuperApp pricing for India starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

Does SuperApp include a ready-to-launch India payment setup?

A subscription does not guarantee processor approval or a particular settlement flow. India payment-account availability and marketplace money flows need a deployment review. Confirm required methods such as UPI explicitly rather than assuming they follow from INR checkout.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in India?

Live today: Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: UPI, Razorpay, PhonePe / Paytm. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

What should an India marketplace confirm before onboarding merchants?

Validate the proposed merchant payout flow before recruiting merchants around it. Stripe’s India marketplace documentation lists Connect restrictions; agree the supported charge and settlement design with the processor and product team.
