Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for South Korea

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in South Korea pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Kakao Pay, Naver Pay / Samsung Pay, KakaoTalk messaging — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (Korean) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (KakaoTalk) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Baemin, Coupang Eats and Yogiyo with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for South Korea

How much does SuperApp cost in South Korea?

SuperApp pricing for South Korea starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

Does SuperApp publish a KRW price?

No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in KRW through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in South Korea?

Live today: Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Kakao Pay, Naver Pay / Samsung Pay. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

What should a Korean marketplace confirm before launch?

The wallet methods enabled, one order per method through acceptance and refund, KRW totals, merchant payout timing and reviewed Korean content. Budget the USD invoice separately.
