Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Planning your launch in Brazil

Validate Pix requirements and Portuguese ordering flows

Build the budget for a marketplace in Brazil using the published USD order plans. Customer payments in BRL and merchant settlements are separate decisions. Review the local requirements below alongside dispatch, merchant onboarding and the monthly order forecast.

Pix and payment lifecycle

Pix is not a listed platform integration. If it is required, scope implementation separately and test confirmation, expiry and refunds before connecting it to live orders.

Portuguese catalog and address review

Use reviewed Brazilian Portuguese content and test CEP, street number and delivery instructions with real service-area examples. Confirm how an incomplete or out-of-area address is handled.

Receipts and operating costs

Bring the fiscal-document requirements your advisers identify and scope any required integration separately. Budget processor and delivery-provider charges outside the software price. For a marketplace, also confirm who owns each receipt, refund and merchant payout; the SuperApp subscription remains billed in USD.

The in-store suite — POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet — is included and needs none of them.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for Brazil

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Brazil pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Pix, Mercado Pago / PagSeguro, Loggi / iFood entrega — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (Portuguese) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Loggi / iFood entrega, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against iFood and Rappi with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Brazil

How much does SuperApp cost in Brazil?

SuperApp pricing for Brazil starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

How should a marketplace in Brazil budget its local payment setup?

Pix is not a listed platform integration. The software subscription does not include it automatically. Scope the payment and merchant-settlement requirements with the team and confirm any additional implementation cost before launch.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Brazil?

Live today: Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Pix, Mercado Pago / PagSeguro. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

What should a Brazil marketplace validate for Pix?

Pix is not currently included in the published integration list. Confirm merchant eligibility, then test how a completed Pix payment, an abandoned code and a refund affect order acceptance and merchant settlement. Any required integration work is separate from the USD marketplace plan.
