Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Planning your launch in Spain

Confirm Spain-specific payment availability, not a European average

Budget a Spanish marketplace in USD, with EUR customer checkout and merchant settlement handled separately. Choose the plan on marketplace-wide monthly orders and confirm per-country payment availability before launch.

Per-country method availability

Stripe lists payment-method support per business country. Bizum is not in SuperApp’s published integration list; scope it separately and confirm card and wallet checkout for a Spanish account, including refunds.

EUR orders, USD subscription

Customer order currency and the platform bill are separate. EUR orders do not change the published USD plans; budget conversion on the platform invoice separately.

Cities, late hours and receipts

Start with one city, real addresses, late-evening service hours, a merchant catalogue and driver reconciliation. Bring merchants’ IVA receipt requirements to configuration review.

Payment availability reference: Stripe payment method support. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for Spain

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Spain pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Bizum — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (Spanish, with Catalan where you serve it) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Glovo, Just Eat and Uber Eats with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Spain

How much does SuperApp cost in Spain?

SuperApp pricing for Spain starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

Is there a EUR SuperApp plan for Spain?

No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in EUR through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Spain?

Live today: Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Bizum. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

Can a Spanish marketplace offer Bizum through SuperApp?

Bizum is not in the published integration list. Treat it as scoped integration work separate from the USD plan, and test card, wallet and cash-on-delivery paths on the implemented checkout first.
