Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Planning your launch in the United Arab Emirates

Scope Arabic content, address capture and merchant eligibility

Build the budget for a marketplace in the United Arab Emirates using the published USD order plans. Customer payments in AED and merchant settlements are separate decisions. Review the local requirements below alongside dispatch, merchant onboarding and the monthly order forecast.

Language and reading direction

If Arabic is part of your launch, review the complete customer journey with native speakers, including right-to-left layout, menus and notifications. This English pricing page does not certify an Arabic deployment.

Emirate and address coverage

Bring sample building names, landmarks and delivery instructions for each emirate you will serve. Validate service boundaries and charges rather than assuming that a UAE launch covers every address.

Payment account and receipts

Confirm eligibility for the business entity and its intended settlement flow with the processor. Bring your VAT receipt requirements and review any extra payment-integration work in the written scope. For a marketplace, also confirm who owns each receipt, refund and merchant payout; the SuperApp subscription remains billed in USD.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for the United Arab Emirates

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in the United Arab Emirates pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Tabby / Tamara, Network International / PayTabs, Careem / Talabat courier — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (English and Arabic) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Careem / Talabat courier, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Talabat, Deliveroo and Noon Food with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for the United Arab Emirates

How much does SuperApp cost in the United Arab Emirates?

SuperApp pricing for the United Arab Emirates starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

How should a marketplace in the United Arab Emirates budget its local payment setup?

Use the published USD subscription and overage rates for the software budget. Then confirm AED checkout, merchant settlement and each required payment method in the deployment scope. Processor fees and any additional integration work are separate; local currency does not guarantee a payment method is implemented.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in the United Arab Emirates?

Live today: Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Tabby / Tamara, Network International / PayTabs. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

Can a UAE marketplace assume self-serve Express merchant onboarding?

No. Stripe documents restrictions for Express connected accounts in the UAE. Confirm the permitted account locations and charge flow with Stripe and the product team before designing merchant onboarding around that model.
