Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Romania
Banca Transilvania is listed — confirm scope and RON settlement
Plan a Romanian marketplace with a USD platform budget and RON customer checkout handled separately. Banca Transilvania is on the published integration list; pool monthly orders across merchants to choose the plan.
Banca Transilvania on the checkout
Banca Transilvania is on the published integration list for Romania. Confirm which card flows the implemented checkout offers through it, how confirmation reaches merchant acceptance and how refunds are issued.
RON orders, USD subscription
Customer order currency and the platform bill are separate. RON orders do not change the published USD plans; budget conversion on the platform invoice separately.
Cities, merchants and receipts
Start with one city, real addresses, a merchant catalogue and driver reconciliation, including cash on delivery. Bring merchants’ fiscal receipt requirements to configuration review.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for Romania
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Romania pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Banca Transilvania, Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Netopia / EuPlătesc — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (Romanian) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (SMS and WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Glovo, Bolt Food and Tazz with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Romania
How much does SuperApp cost in Romania?
SuperApp pricing for Romania starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Does SuperApp publish a RON price?
No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in RON through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Romania?
Live today: Banca Transilvania, Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Netopia / EuPlătesc. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should a Romanian marketplace confirm before launch?
The card flows enabled through Banca Transilvania or another processor, one order through acceptance, dispatch and refund, merchant payout timing and cash-on-delivery reconciliation. Budget the USD invoice separately from RON settlement.
