Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Singapore
Validate payment methods and building-level handoffs
Build the budget for a marketplace in Singapore using the published USD order plans. Customer payments in SGD and merchant settlements are separate decisions. Review the local requirements below alongside dispatch, merchant onboarding and the monthly order forecast.
PayNow and payment scope
If PayNow is required, confirm support in the exact deployed checkout and processor account. A payment method appearing in a provider’s catalog does not mean the platform integration already exposes it.
Delivery instructions
Use real unit numbers, building entrances and pickup instructions in your demo. Confirm how customers supply access details and how drivers receive them before defining a service area.
Menus and receipts
Identify the languages you need for menus and customer messages, and supply reviewed translations. Bring your GST and service-charge receipt requirements for configuration review. For a marketplace, also confirm who owns each receipt, refund and merchant payout; the SuperApp subscription remains billed in USD.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for Singapore
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Singapore pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — PayNow, GrabPay, Lalamove / Grab Express — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (English, with Chinese, Malay and Tamil where you serve them) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp and SMS) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Lalamove / Grab Express, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against GrabFood and foodpanda with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Singapore
How much does SuperApp cost in Singapore?
SuperApp pricing for Singapore starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
How should a marketplace in Singapore budget its local payment setup?
Use the published USD subscription and overage rates for the software budget. Then confirm SGD checkout, merchant settlement and each required payment method in the deployment scope. Processor fees and any additional integration work are separate; local currency does not guarantee a payment method is implemented.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Singapore?
Live today: Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: PayNow, GrabPay. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
How should a Singapore marketplace scope PayNow?
Confirm merchant eligibility and the implemented PayNow integration, then trace a QR payment into merchant acceptance, dispatch and refunds. Budget any additional work separately from the USD plan and its included orders.
