Every plan includes the branded customer app and web platform, order management, dispatch, API access and the in-store suite: POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet. Higher plans add support and operational capabilities; partner-app and operator-dashboard branding is optional.
Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Thailand
PromptPay QR is the Thai default
Plan a Thai marketplace with a USD platform budget and THB customer payments modelled separately. Pool monthly orders across merchants to choose the plan.
PromptPay
Stripe documents PromptPay as a QR payment confirmed asynchronously. If scoped, make merchant acceptance wait for confirmation and test an abandoned QR before launch.
TrueMoney and cards
TrueMoney Wallet and cards complete the mix; confirm which are on the implemented checkout and how each settles to merchants.
Bangkok first
Start with one district, real addresses, a merchant catalogue and rider cash reconciliation; cash on delivery is still common.
Payment availability reference: Stripe PromptPay. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for Thailand
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Thailand pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet, Grab Express / Lalamove, LINE messaging — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (Thai and English) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (LINE) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Grab Express / Lalamove, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against GrabFood, LINE MAN and foodpanda with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Thailand
How much does SuperApp cost in Thailand?
SuperApp pricing for Thailand starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Is SuperApp priced in THB for Thailand?
No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in THB through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Thailand?
Live today: Stripe, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: PromptPay, TrueMoney Wallet. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should a Thai marketplace test for PromptPay?
A confirmed PromptPay order reaching acceptance and dispatch, an abandoned QR that never dispatches, a refund and merchant payout timing. Budget the USD invoice separately from THB settlement.
