Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Egypt
Cash on delivery and local wallets
Budget an Egyptian marketplace in USD, with EGP customer payments and cash on delivery designed separately. Pool monthly orders across merchants to choose the plan.
Fawry, Vodafone Cash and Paymob
Egyptian customers pay by wallet, Fawry code or cash on delivery. Scope a local gateway such as Paymob or Fawry as integration work with its settlement and refund model.
Registration country and EGP settlement
Check Stripe’s global page for your entity; an Egyptian platform usually settles EGP through a locally licensed gateway.
Cairo pilot and Arabic content
Provide reviewed Arabic and English content, real landmark addresses and rider cash reconciliation in one district first.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for Egypt
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Egypt pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — Paymob, Fawry, Vodafone Cash — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (Arabic and English) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Talabat and elmenus with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Egypt
How much does SuperApp cost in Egypt?
SuperApp pricing for Egypt starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Does SuperApp publish an EGP price?
No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in EGP through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Egypt?
Live today: Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: Paymob, Fawry, Vodafone Cash. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should an Egyptian marketplace confirm before launch?
The local gateway and wallet coverage, cash reconciliation, refunds, rider settlement and Arabic content review. Budget the USD invoice separately from EGP settlement.
