Every plan includes the branded customer app and web platform, order management, dispatch, API access and the in-store suite: POS register, kitchen display, kiosk and loyalty tablet. Higher plans add support and operational capabilities; partner-app and operator-dashboard branding is optional.
Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Switzerland
Separate CHF billing from language and payment requirements
Build the budget for a marketplace in Switzerland using the published USD order plans. Customer payments in CHF and merchant settlements are separate decisions. Review the local requirements below alongside dispatch, merchant onboarding and the monthly order forecast.
Languages by service area
Choose the languages needed for each Swiss service area rather than assuming one catalog suits every customer. Supply reviewed German, French or Italian content where required and test receipts and notifications too.
TWINT and checkout validation
If TWINT is required, ask for a demonstration using the proposed processor account and checkout integration. Provider availability is not confirmation that a particular platform integration exposes the method.
CHF settlement and tax presentation
Confirm CHF customer settlement separately from subscription invoicing. Bring your receipt and tax presentation requirements; cross-border operations need their own merchant and payment review. For a marketplace, also confirm who owns each receipt, refund and merchant payout; the SuperApp subscription remains billed in USD.
Payment availability reference: Stripe TWINT checkout requirements. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

Before you go live
A marketplace launch checklist for Switzerland
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Switzerland pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — TWINT — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (German, French and Italian by region) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (SMS and email) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Uber Eats, Just Eat and Smood with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Switzerland
How much does SuperApp cost in Switzerland?
SuperApp pricing for Switzerland starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
How should a marketplace in Switzerland budget its local payment setup?
Use the published USD subscription and overage rates for the software budget. Then confirm CHF checkout, merchant settlement and each required payment method in the deployment scope. Processor fees and any additional integration work are separate; local currency does not guarantee a payment method is implemented.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Switzerland?
Live today: Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: TWINT. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
Does CHF customer checkout make a Swiss marketplace TWINT-ready?
No. Verify the implemented payment method and account configuration, and test how confirmation and refunds reach the merchant. The USD platform bill, CHF customer payments and storefront languages are separate decisions.
