Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Planning your launch in Poland

Plan PLN checkout and review the local operating workflow

Build the budget for a marketplace in Poland using the published USD order plans. Customer payments in PLN and merchant settlements are separate decisions. Review the local requirements below alongside dispatch, merchant onboarding and the monthly order forecast.

BLIK and local payment methods

List BLIK or other local payment requirements explicitly. Confirm the exact checkout integration and merchant-account eligibility before assuming that a method offered by the processor is included.

Polish content and delivery inputs

Bring Polish menu or catalog content with diacritics, sample addresses and apartment details. Have a fluent reviewer check customer-facing wording and notifications as well as product names.

Invoice and counter requirements

Bring the receipt, invoice and counter-device requirements your advisers specify. Validate those outputs and any integrations in the deployment scope; the subscription is not a fiscal-device certification. For a marketplace, also confirm who owns each receipt, refund and merchant payout; the SuperApp subscription remains billed in USD.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for Poland

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Poland pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — BLIK, Przelewy24 — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (Polish) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (SMS) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Uber Direct, Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Pyszne.pl, Glovo, Uber Eats and Wolt with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Poland

How much does SuperApp cost in Poland?

SuperApp pricing for Poland starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

How should a marketplace in Poland budget its local payment setup?

Use the published USD subscription and overage rates for the software budget. Then confirm PLN checkout, merchant settlement and each required payment method in the deployment scope. Processor fees and any additional integration work are separate; local currency does not guarantee a payment method is implemented.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Poland?

Live today: Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: BLIK, Przelewy24. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

What does a Poland marketplace need to test for BLIK?

Validate the merchant-account and PLN/BLIK integration, then test authorization timeout and retry across order acceptance and dispatch. Make sure an unconfirmed payment does not look like a paid merchant order.
