Explore the platform featuresSetup and costs to budget separately
- One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
- Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
- Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
- Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.
Planning your launch in Saudi Arabia
Resolve the payment-account country before designing settlement
Plan a Saudi delivery or multi-vertical marketplace with a USD platform budget and SAR customer payments modelled separately. Choose the plan on pooled monthly orders, then resolve where the platform’s payment account can be held.
Where the platform account can be held
Stripe publishes the countries where a business can register an account. Confirm Saudi Arabia’s status on that page before designing settlement around Stripe; if it is not listed, scope a locally licensed processor such as one reachable through Intergateway separately.
mada, wallets and cash
mada card acceptance and local wallets are scoped requirements, not consequences of a subscription. List the methods merchants need and confirm each on the implemented checkout, including refunds and cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
Arabic content and addresses
Provide reviewed Arabic and English storefront content and test real building and landmark addresses, delivery boundaries and prayer-time service hours in the demo.
Payment availability reference: Stripe supported countries. Regional guidance reviewed . Confirm current provider eligibility during onboarding.

A marketplace launch checklist for Saudi Arabia
Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Saudi Arabia pay, order and expect to be kept informed.
-
Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.
-
Name the on-request integrations your customers expect at the demo — mada, STC Pay, HyperPay / Moyasar / PayTabs, Tabby / Tamara — so the quote carries their scope and timeline.
-
Enable the storefront languages customers need (Arabic and English) with reviewed translations.
-
Route order updates where customers read them (WhatsApp) and send a test message before launch.
-
Decide the delivery model — Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
-
Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against HungerStation, Jahez and Talabat with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Saudi Arabia
How much does SuperApp cost in Saudi Arabia?
SuperApp pricing for Saudi Arabia starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.
How is monthly order overage calculated?
For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.
Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?
One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.
Does SuperApp publish a SAR price?
No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in SAR through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.
Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Saudi Arabia?
Live today: Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: mada, STC Pay, HyperPay / Moyasar / PayTabs, Tabby / Tamara. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.
What should a Saudi marketplace confirm before merchant onboarding?
The processor and account country, mada and wallet acceptance on the implemented checkout, refunds, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, Arabic content review and applicable VAT. Budget the USD platform invoice separately from SAR settlement.
