Setup and costs to budget separately

  • One-time app deployment and setup: $500 USD. This fee is separate from the monthly plan and is not waived by annual prepayment.
  • Optional Branded Ops: $299 USD per month. Your partner app and operator dashboard in your name rather than ours — the same apps your merchants and dispatchers already use, fully branded.
  • Annual prepayment discounts the subscription by 10%; per-order overage is not discounted. At 100,000+ monthly orders, request an Enterprise quote.
  • Payment processing, delivery-provider fees, messaging usage, hardware, developer-account charges where applicable and taxes are separate. Confirm any custom integration scope in your quote.

Planning your launch in Finland

Paytrail is listed — design refunds and settlement around it

Budget a Finnish marketplace in USD, with Paytrail on the published integration list for EUR customer checkout. Pool monthly orders across merchants to choose the plan and agree the manual refund procedure before launch.

Paytrail methods and callbacks

Paytrail is on the published integration list for Finland and the Nordics. Confirm which bank, mobile and card methods the implemented checkout offers and how the payment callback reaches merchant acceptance.

Manual refunds

Paytrail refunds are processed manually on this platform. Agree who issues them, how merchants and customers are told, and test one before merchant onboarding.

EUR orders, USD subscription

Customer order currency and the platform bill are separate. EUR orders do not change the published USD plans; budget conversion on the platform invoice separately.

Before you go live

A marketplace launch checklist for Finland

Six things to settle at the demo and test before the first live order, drawn from how customers in Finland pay, order and expect to be kept informed.

  1. Run one order end to end on each live payment path (Paytrail, Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal) — success, decline and refund.

  2. Confirm at the demo that no on-request integration is missing for your customers.

  3. Enable the storefront languages customers need (Finnish and Swedish) with reviewed translations.

  4. Route order updates where customers read them (Email and SMS) and send a test message before launch.

  5. Decide the delivery model — Shipday, Google Maps — and test a real address, a delivery zone edge and a cash-on-delivery reconciliation.

  6. Bring your receipt and tax requirements to the demo; the subscription does not set them. Position against Wolt and foodora with your own channel’s zero commission.

Pricing questions for Finland

How much does SuperApp cost in Finland?

SuperApp pricing for Finland starts at $99 USD per month with 500 orders included. All platform fees are billed in USD, including setup and order overage.

How is monthly order overage calculated?

For your chosen plan, subtract its included orders from the month’s order count. Only a positive remainder is multiplied by that plan’s per-order rate and added to the base subscription.

Are setup and branding included in the monthly price?

One-time setup is $500 USD. Customer-app branding is included in the plans; Branded Ops, for partner-app and operator-dashboard branding, costs an additional $299 USD per month.

Is SuperApp billed in EUR for a Finnish marketplace?

No. Platform plans, setup and overage are billed in USD everywhere. Your customers can pay in EUR through your payment integration; conversion and processing costs sit with your processor, not the subscription.

Which payment methods can SuperApp take in Finland?

Live today: Paytrail, Stripe, Stripe Terminal, Cash, card on delivery, card terminal. Built on request: ask about any other local method. On-request integrations are scoped and given a timeline in your quote before launch, so name the methods your customers use at the demo.

How does a Finnish marketplace handle Paytrail refunds?

Manually, on this platform. Define the refund owner and the merchant and customer notification, then test a refund alongside a completed payment and an abandoned checkout before onboarding merchants.
